In a year when Oklahoma is considering a referendum against using Islamic law in their court system, the following video has even more relevance. A few weeks ago, I wrote a post about the confrontation between David Horowitz and a Muslim student in California, where the Islamic student admitted her support for a second Holocaust. In that post, I expressed my growing belief that Muslim influence is a growing threat to the United States, that it is not the “religion of peace” that so many people seem to believe it is.
If we needed yet another example that Muslims in America are manipulating the system to their own advantage, here’s Exhibit Q. Apparently, though the Constitution protects our freedom of expression, that freedom doesn’t apply to standing outside a festival and handing out literature contrary to Islam. Had this been a Christian rock concert, and CAIR representatives were handing out literature to those going in and coming out, I have my doubts that the police would have shown up in force to remove them from the premises. Would that this sort of constitutional violation reach the Supreme Court before the Community Organizer stocks it with radicals!
Of course if some Muslims tried to do this outside a Christian festival with the Koran….
And that’s the point… I’d be fine with that. They have the right to express themselves, so long as they’re not being incendiary. What we’re seeing here is a blatant violation of the Constitution. The Muslim community–and this is a “peaceful” contingent, we assume–is using the Constitution as a shield when necessary and disregarding it when it’s inconvenient. It is apparently unconstitutional to profile Muslims in airline security lines, but it’s ok to call in eight police officers to confiscate private property and detain three or four genuinely peaceful protesters simply for disagreeing with their religion. This must be dealt with, and I think Oklahoma is taking a big step by attempting to eliminate the possibility of sharia within its courts.
Looks like we need a “Surge” in Dearborn.
Hi- I was incensed when I viewed this video- I contacted every politician I could think of, the Dearborn police chief, a Dearborn judge, Lou Dobbs, Bill Maher, every news station in the metro detroit and Flint areas and the Detroit Free Press- Guess how many people responded to my emails- NO ONE!
Sharia law has been incorporated into the British legal system and it looks like this is now how Dearborn operates- This is outrageous and a total violation of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights-

It’s very simple.
Sharia law is in conflict with our constitution, our laws, and all of the work we’ve done as a nation to protect and give freedoms to women.
Example:
An unmarried or divorced woman becomes pregnant as a result of a rape. Some Sharia courts do not recognize DNA testing or the evaluation of possible paternity by other blood tests. The case results in the alleged rapist is found not-guilty because his involvement cannot be proven. But if an unmarried woman becomes pregnant, she can be assumed to be guilty of extra-marital sexual activity and can be executed. If she claims that she was raped and is unable to prove her case, then she will probably receive severe punishment, possibly execution by stoning (depending on which country she lives in).
Does this sound like the women’s rights we worked so hard to achieve? Does this sound constitutional?

So what is going on in ‘ Dearborn ‘ ? This is not right at all to forbid Christians from talking to others about their faith in Christ and distributing Christian literature ! We have Constitutional Rights in this country of America which includes Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion for all not just one as in Dearborn. So instead allow those who want sharia law which is impartial to other religions and faiths and sexes to leave our nation and find a sharia law nation where they came from. But even better they can become new creatures by repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ who loved all mankind enough to die for their sins on the cross , was buried ,and rose from the dead the third day, and went back up to heaven. Is this unexpected? The rule of law, which is in reality interpretation of law according to the political climate, has become not a protection to ensure equality but rather to protect the protected groups. Thanks to the media and politics the political climate poses white conservative Christians as bad and even dangerous, and blacks, homosexuals, and Muslims as victims of the white conservative Christians.
Cities have ambiguous ordinances and neither the city council nor the police car about the U.S. Constitution. In fact, I had a seasoned attorney tell me that the courts have no interest in whether something is constitutional or not.
Sharia law has already infiltrated elsewhere such as in Europe and even India – to the tune of conceding felony law to sharia (such as beating a teen girl to near death for rebelling and taking off her burqa).
