Although they will be vastly overshadowed–and rightly so–by the amazing turnout in Washington, D.C., several localities also hosted Tea Parties to coincide with the March on the Capitol.  I was fortunate enough to attend the event in Roswell, GA.

Let me begin by apologizing for my absence over the past two months.  Though I have continued to closely follow politics, my position as history teacher must take precedence, and it consumes a great deal of my spare time, in addition to class/instructional hours.  My blog has suffered greatly from this lack of free time, as I refuse to slap together a sup-par post, simply to keep people interested.

You, as reader, deserve more, and I am confident that your interests can be equally served by other, more talented writers if you need a quick fix of conservative wisdom.  Throughout this week (September 12-19), I will be posting a few articles to update the blog and give you my take on several of the issues we currently face.

My first post as part of my glorious comeback tour is an expose of photos and video from the Roswell Tea Party that I think you may enjoy.  I would also like to say a sincere thank you to all of you who have supported me and my writing, and to those of you who have supported the idea of Constitutional government by attending Tea Parties across the country and the March on Washington.

More videos to be posted as they upload…
